Order

The procedure of order on our site is completely automated from when you enter the site till when you effect the payment. In you face any trouble or you have some doubts in any of the procedures of order, feel free to call us, we will be pleased to help you by phone, following you step by step or giving you suggestion or further information on our product’s features.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30 italian time (WET, Wentral European Time, Rome).
Our operators answer by phone in Italian, English and French or by email in Italian, English, French, Spanish and Greek.

Prices

In our shop all items are showen with a double price:
  • TAX EXCLUDED: is the pure price of the item, VAT excluded
    This price is charged to all customers buying from outside of the European Union.
    For extra-European deliveries, VAT will not be calculated on the final amount of the order. Please, don’t forget that for deliveries outside of the European Union, a little import commission could be requested by the destination country custom and it will be collected directly by the postman when you receive the goods. Unluckily it is not possible for us to tell you the value of this commission as it changes from country to country.

  • TAX INCLUDED: is the price of the item, VAT included
    This price is charged to all customers buying products from a country of the European Union.
    Prices include VAT in the percentage established by the current Italian law.

Payment

Payment must be effected on our site, by credit card through the service offered by Paypal; in case you can not effect a payment by credit card, please contact us to receive information on how to effect the payment by bank transfer. Goods will be delivered only after receiving of the payment.
We accept payment by Paypal effected with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American express, Aura.
Payment must be effected only in Euros.

Shipment

Once you close the payment procedure, goods are delivered within 1 or 2 working days.
Deliveries can be effected in various ways depending from the destination and the type of transport chosen.
  • Delivery to Italy
    EXPRESS DELIVERY
    Deliveries are effected by SDA Express Courier and the goods reach their final destination in approximately 3 working days from delivery.
    For orders with amount under 30,00 euros we charge a commission of 7,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 30,00 euros and over, shipment is free of charge.
  • Delivery inside the European Union
    STANDARD DELIVERY
    If not specified on checkout, deliveries to countries of the European Union are effected with a Standard service called Raccomandata Internazionale, provided by Poste Italiane (italian mail company).
    Deliveries take from 7 to 20 working days (depending on the country) to reach the final destination.
    For orders with amount under 40,00 euros we charge a commission of 10,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 40,00 euros and over, shipment is free of charge.
    EXPRESS DELIVERY
    If specified on checkout, deliveries to countries of the European Union are effected with an Express service provided by SDA or DHL (you can not chose the courier, it will be chosen by us depending on the country).
    Deliveries take from 3 to 5 working days (depending on the country) to reach the final destination.
    For orders with amount under 50,00 euros we charge a commission of 25,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 50,00 and over but under 100,00 euros we charge a commission of 10,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 100,00 euros and over, shipment is free of charge.
  • Delivery outside the European Union
    STANDARD DELIVERY
    If not specified on checkout, deliveries to countries outside the European Union are effected with a Standard service called Pacco Internazionale, provided by Poste Italiane (italian mail company).
    Deliveries take from 20 to 40 working days (depending on the country) to reach the final destination.
    For orders with amount under 50,00 euros we charge a commission of 20,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 50,00 euros and over, shipment is free of charge.
    EXPRESS DELIVERY
    If specified on checkout, deliveries to countries outside the European Union are effected with an Express service called Pacco Celere Internazionale provided by Poste Italiane (Italian mail company)
    Deliveries take from 3 to 10 working days (depending on the country) to reach the final destination.
    For orders with amount under 50,00 euros we charge a commission of 50,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 50,00 euros and over but under 100,00 euros we charge a commission of 20,00 euros.
    For orders with amount of 100,00 euros and over, shipment is free of charge.
Different type or special deliveries can be agreed by calling our offices or sending us an e-mail.
It’s important to understand that in particular moments of the year, due to a high number of deliveries, goods can take 2 or 3 days more to reach their final destination. We want to inform you also that estimated times of delivery depend exclusively from the companies offering transport services and that we are not responsible in case of delay.
In case of very urgent deliveries, we suggest you to select an express courier before effecting the payment.

Returns

Every single product is carfully checked by hand in every part by a person, on luminous tables that emphasize every small imperfection. Through this method of quality checking we are nearly totally sure that all products delivered are not affected by defects.
But making mistakes is part of the human being so that we can not grant 100% perfection in our products.
In case you would notice to have made wrong purchasing or if the article would present any kind of defect, it is possible to return the goods against refund of the amount paid or replacement with new goods.
You just have to send us back the goods to our offices indicating:
  • order number (or better a copy of the invoice or delivery receipt)
  • the reason of return
  • instruction on how to close the return procedure, between the 2 options of refund or replacement with new goods.
WE ACCEPT ONLY RETURNS OF UNWORN GOODS.
Please note that, for reasons of health and delicacy of pantyhose, it is not possible to accept returns of worn goods.
Returns must be referred to products never worn and correctly packed in their original packaging.
As every single product returned will be carefully analyzed by our quality lab, we inform you that we will not refund or replace worn goods or goods not returned in their original packaging.
